What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any animation can be difficult to price accurately, there are a lot of elements & services that can be combined to make the perfect video or a shoestring proof of concept.
I would generally budget anywhere from $500 - $10K, we work in all budget ranges and various company sizes to find a good fit with discounts offered for multiple video contracts.
Please note, at this time we do not do music videos of any type.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different, but the video process typically remains the same. Our goal is to iteratively move forward with each step being reviewed and approved before we continue on.
Most video delays or workflow blocks come from either revisiting a previous step in our animation process or from poor communication.
We have systems in place to streamline both the feedback you provide as we develop scripts, storyboards & scenes as well as a dedicated point of contact.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All training was gained on the ground in 2011 as an MTV line producer, before working with various animation projects with brands like Yahoo as a freelancer.
