FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We proudly offer a 5% discount to all veterans, active-duty military personnel, and first responders. **Our project minimum is 200 square feet.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. During the visit, we'll measure the project area, evaluate the existing conditions, assess grading and drainage, and discuss your vision and any project-specific details to ensure we provide an accurate proposal. In most cases, we're able to print and review your estimate with you during the appointment, answer any questions, and explain the recommended scope of work so you know exactly what to expect. If your project requires HOA approval or a city permit, we can handle that too. We prepare the required site plan drawings, submit permit applications on your behalf, and guide you through the process from start to finish. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule utility locates (811), coordinate any required inspections, and keep you informed throughout the project until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through American Concrete Institute (ASI) and National Drainage Solutions (NDS).
