- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal at Depicted by DLH is to give you the best product at the best price. We know we may not always be the cheapest option, but we did say quality at the best price. We want clients to know that if we are out of their budget, please reach out to us and let us give you a consultation. A consultation will allow the customer to customize something in line with their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. We prefer for every client to provide their contact information and the best time to reached. We will then reach out and answer questions to reinsure them that we can exceed all their expectations. Once the client agrees, we will send a detailed summary/invoice and details of all the services promised. After the client pays the deposit, the date is secured and added on our official schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a Photographer/Videographer, you don’t typically have to go through formal training but, at Depicted by DLH, we have the formal and career experience. At this stage in our careers, we work as mentors for other aspiring Photographers/Videographers.
