My professional credentials include a (5) year Interior Design/Architecture degree, exclusive ASID affiliation, and 20+ years extensive experience in the design field designing Luxury Hotels, Residental of all kind, as well as Loft, Apartment, Highrise living. When designing to live, I take my clients style, likes and wants and transform thier space with the latest trends, flare and professional design. When my client is selling, staging their home to sell at its highest value in the least amount of time is of utmost importance! Two different kinds of design, however, I leave every space more appealing than it was when I arrived!

Paige was wonderful to work with to help me refresh and decorate my home. What I especially liked was she listened to my needs and wants and was able to produced based on my personal style! Her attention to detail is excellent. She has a great eye and moving something as simple as my area rug symmetrically gave my entire room a new look and made the room look even bigger! We used decorative items I already had and put in different rooms for different looks as well as shopped together to pull in some new decor! She’s also good at pricing items to get her clients the best price which was a pleasant addition. Paige’s energy and work ethic is unnoticeable and made it even more exciting work with her. I highly recommend her for interior designing and decorating and I’m already looking forward to working with her on my next project!

Paige has been GREAT to work with. She understood not just the needs I had listed out, but the bigger picture(updating 20+ year interior design) and things I didn’t think of. She understood my budget and worked within it and was able to put a picture in my head of what it will look like at the end. She patiently guided me in paint, flooring, carpet and the little things like door handles, cabinet handles, lighting, and ceiling fans. Phase one with paint and flooring is underway and can’t wait to start phase two with her!

Paige walked in and transformed our tired outdated house of 22 years into a light & inspiring house with major wow-factor. A little paint and staging made all the difference when we put our house on the market. Paige worked with our realtor during the staging process. The result? Unbelievable interest and multiple offers! Well worth the money spent to stage the house. I have to say that it was difficult for me to follow through with some of Paige's recommendations because they were so different than what we were accustomed to after living in the house for so long. But I'm so thankful that I let her do her thing! I couldn't believe it was the same house. It was stunning! We plan to use Paige to help decorate our new house, as well. Her design skills and vision are amazing! If you want to stage your house to sell or want a refresh of a house you're planning to stay in, Paige French is your gal!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is beyond competitive in the area! Whether designing to live or staging to sell needs and wants vary greatly. We take a professional look at your project and together decide on specific needs that are needed. When completed your home will show at its best and ultimately sell in the least amount of time, at the high value. And if designing to live, your space will be transformed so you enjoy coming home and enjoying daily. Whether selling or not the space will take on a whole new life!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keep it simple! In most cases during initial preview, I like to see how the furniture and accessories my client already has can be used with the help of rearranging and placing accessories best for their home. Afterwards it is then easier to formulate a list of needed items to be purchase that will complete the design. If staging a home to sell I then select appropriate furniture and accessories to best showcase the property, delivery, place all items, and soon sold! Logistic then return to pick up furnishings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year degree in Interior Architecture and Design, years of experience in both commercial and residential design, and extensive education and knowledge in todays real estate market and sells.
