- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our cost reflects our level of expertise, our process proficiencies and our product & surfaces knowledge. We place a premium on the value we add with our high level of dependability, customer service and security for your home or business. So while we aren’t the cheapest service provider conversely, we certainly aren’t among the most expensive. Our customers will receive great value with our company through our years of experience and expertise as well as our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. And we frequently have promotions where we are able to pass on savings to our customers for booking recurring services, discounts for veterans and even our philanthropic endeavors to the communities we service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask probing questions to capture each new customer’s pain point(s). This ensures we address the true desires of our clients. We understand cleaning is not rocket science and there is no particular value that can be assigned to the cleaning of a toilet. Moreover, we also understand that clients require cleanings for various reasons and it is our role to satisfy their true expectations. It just so happens that cleaning is the method we use to get those desired outcomes for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a USMC veteran, the foundation of what cleanliness is was laid during my military service. Our cleaning technicians are also BCCA and ISSA trained.
