Whether you require a full home cleaning or just focused tasks like kitchens, bathrooms, or living areas, we’ll work with you to find the right plan within your budget. This ensures you only pay for the services you need, saving both time and money, especially with our holiday specials. Discounts for Recurring Services: For those who sign up for recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we offer discounts to help make regular cleaning more affordable. Cancellation Policy: We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, and stripe. Quality Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll happily return to fix it at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our friendly customer service representatives will contact the client to find out their specific needs. When our professional cleaners arrive, they go over any changes the client wants. Some clients even write down exactly what they want the cleaning professionals to put emphasis on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
House cleaning has always been a passion of ours. The joy we got while cleaning was second to none. Deep cleaning during early mornings was our favorite pastime. We wanted to open a home cleaning service in Plano so we can provide the same joy to all our clients. Our cleaners are truly second to none.
