$80.. I DEFINITELY got what I paid for to say the least. I've been trying to give this man a fair chance since day 1, and I have been LET DOWN. I graduate June 11th,I took these pictures close to three weeks ago and I have yet to receive ANYTHING. Starting out he told me it would be no problem to get them done fast at short notice (I took them on Sun.. He told me he could get them to me by Tuesday) Before my photoshoot I found myself asking him "are you still shooting me this Saturday?" And also questions like this (one week after my photos were actually taken) "Have you gotten a chance to finish my pictures".. "When do you think they will be done". My point is, is that I shouldn't have to come to you especially when I'M the one that is paying for this service. I shouldn't feel in the clouds about anything that involves my cash. This is YOUR job, so it is expected for you to give the ultimate customer service and treat it like so. Now I did everything I was asked to do.. When he finally did send my pictures he sent them half edited, and it was the "small copy " pictures through a link (not the final ones).. I picked out 21photos that I wanted him to make final just like he asked, and I noticed that a few pics had this special filter.. I asked if he didn't mind doing all of the pictures like that (through email).. No reply!! My second point is that this man is so unprofessional. Instead of telling me he can't do this, he just bothered to not reply when again, I've already paid him!! Throughout this process he picked and chose what emails he wanted to reply to, and it was complete b.s. My mom had to call him TWICE recently (of course he answered the first time thinking it was a new customer wanting his crappy services) but the second time he obviously didn't answer nor respond to her message. I'm out of school in two weeks and I have no pictures plus I'm out of $80. Such luck right?! I feel really bad seeing all of my friends with their senior pics done and sent out, and I'm here with nothing when I could've just chose someone better. To make a long story short, I DO NOT recommend his services, and within the next week we are taking him to court to get our money back. I really thought this was going to be a stress free process, but I obviously was wrong. Please take my experience as a learning experience, and just pay the money to get quality pictures and most importantly quality service! I hope this review helped someone.

Charles is amazing! He provided services for personal head shot photos for business. From his initial communication to the final photos was superb service. He made the shooting experience fun and interesting. He also made it all about me and it came through in the photos.

Charles did an AMAZING job with my senior pictures! They're beautiful and outstanding. He helped me on a short notice and he also toughed out in the rain! This is the king of photographer you would want to help you in short notices or to help do wonderful pictures. He made the atmosphere comfortable for me and during the whole shoot we were cracking jokes.
