Contacted MS Installations and talked to Mike in late morning to install a new TV later in the day. He came at requested time. was totally professional and installed our new TV, made sure all the bells and whistles were working as they should, and we got to watch The Cowboys/Saints game which we weren't sure we could do! WE will definitely use Mike again because he also does electrical servicing.

This company is the best we've ever worked with. Clean, professional, definitely knows their stuff electrical and AV. We hired them to do our media room speaker setup and fix speaker rewiring. Amazing job and we saved $$$. Best Buy and others wanted us to buy and upgrade, but these guys corrected our issue! Call them, you will be happy with their work! Keeping them for future electrical and AV. 5+ stars

Very disappointed with this company. I hired him to install a TV in my new house. In addition to this, I requested him to take down my TV from my apartment to my new house. This also needed to be installed but I had my stuff. During transport,the screen broke. This guy didn't care at all. He stated that he deals in tvs and he can SELL ne a new one. That was nonsense. Everything he wanted to do involved selling me something. Also he was supposed to be at my place by 3 he ended up getting there about 6 because he has other jobs. Everyone has a life RESPECT people's time. Lastly, you charge a very high price from what us agreed. We had an agreement on the price but everything ended up being double and this is all while he constantly tried to sell me other thing. I wouldn't recommend. If desperate to hire,at least but your stuff and have it ready.

First thing we do not offer Tv’s transportation… but we try to help you and told you if something happens with your tv we do not take the responsibility and you agree with that saying “it’s ok it’s small and cheap tv we don’t care” the tv got damaged during the transportation but we left the responsibility for you. Second our price it’s discussed before the job… you have the right to abre or don’t agree with price… but you did agree. and we also sell Tv’s that’s why we offer you new one because the other for damaged on the transportation. we also sold you new mounts and electrical service. if you like to have job done right that will cost you money if you don’t just go find some handyman
