- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Instead of providing our customers with a price per pane, we created an exterior & interior package and an exterior only package that gives you immediate credit for a few FREE windows. The packages come in at a discounted price and include our Rain-X application, a free standard screen cleaning, your exterior track and interior sill cleaned, and our use of shoe-coverings when inside your home. You get to save right off the top, and we get to earn a new customer! We have packages that include your first 10 windows or 20 windows to make the pricing a little easier to understand. Then, we just add additional windows over 20 at a per window price. Exterior windows are more than interior due to screens and exterior dirt taking a bit more to remove, but our prices are fair and we always make sure you approve the work BEFORE we start on your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we do monthly revisits of training methods to improve performance. We also research and further our knowledge with a wide network of professionals to consult. We are always striving to use the best and most efficient methods that will bring our customers the quality they expect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
There were so many companies that would open up shop in the Summer months and offer deeply discounted specials, but they would visit homes and never return, often leaving work undone with little cleanup. We heard from many customers that the lack of quality was upsetting when dealing with these companies. We opted to start business with a plan to stay open all year long, every year, so our customers could always reach us, their trusted company, when services were needed. During the late year holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, family may be coming to visit and our customers contact us prior to those visits for a fall window cleaning. We also provide discounted pricing for our return customers. Once your home has an initial cleaning completed, it is easier to clean your windows and maintain the clean. This allows us to provide our customers with deeply discounted pricing, but with a more trusted company. Give us a chance to impress YOU!
