Stephanie Walker says, "We were having issues with power surges. The lights were flickering and the power kept going out on one side of the house. Abe came out and replaced some of the circuit breakers and we thought that fixed the problem. The next day the power surges came back and the power kept going out. It was Saturday and we figured it would be ok until Monday and Abe could come back. Sunday we left early morning. When we arrive back home that afternoon we had no power in several areas of our home and the air conditioner was out. Abe and his associate Sean came out and assessed the issue. There was an issue in the main part of the box that was causing the issue. Home Depot was closing in an hour so they hurried over there and back. They completed the repair and the power came back on except the air. With all of the power surges I believe they said the transformer went out and the stores were closed. It was extremely hot in here but they told us they may have one back at their office. They left and returned with one. Thank God they were able to get our air back up and running especially with the temperature at 88 degrees. They worked tirelessly until after 10 p.m. to make sure we didn't sweat all night. They were kind, courteous, and very professional to us and we really appreciated them."See more
