- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only provide our clients black and white answers in terms that everyone can understand. A vast majority of our projects are custom one of a kind, therefor please don't ask for off the top of our heads to quote something, we need to spend a certain amount of time to define the materials and estimated labor hours. Anything else would simply be a disservice to you and I both. Every project is different in many ways, only the best contractors will come and visit with you and see your project and develop a dialog that puts everyone on the same page. In today's world this is not so complicated and sometimes can take just a few hours of your time. This effort can save you a lifetime of pain and agony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Members of ABC and AGC. Spend a minimum of 2 hours each and every day researching new products and applications. Have served on commities to develop Construction based software and stress testing of product applications.
