KC and his associate did a good job in terms of my garage floor cleaning which had oil stains from the tenant's cars. Yes, they are not gone 100% but it is much better than the prior state. Most importantly, snowstorm was going to happen and this was the last appointment of the day for me. Two appointments by other vendors were cancelled or no show because of weather reason but KC "kept his words". Moved the stuff out which is coming in the way and then brought back in. Also educated me in terms of how to avoid this and provide me contact for epoxy. May god bless you. I am only finding some 25% of the professionals in DFW who honor their commitment and provide good quality work at affordable rate. Even if didn't knew about zelle - he learnt it to accept the payment. Simply made my day. Highly recommended.
