Great job by the technician. My mom had been overquoted for some work so I was hiring and interviewing on her behalf and she was astonished at the professionalism and reasonably priced service. She was being quoted 5 times what Berrett charged. It is an unfortunate fact, the elderly are taken advantage of by contractors. But Berrett restored her faith!

Scott did a fantastic job repairing a tricky dysfunctional shower faucet (the previous plumber couldn't fix it). He also repaired a leaky exterior faucet due to a sharp metal object that kept piercing the seal (after several attempts by a handyman and plumber) and replaced a toilet (courtesy of our builder TBs). I was a little apprehensive about these businesses that charge just to come out & look, but their prices ended up being reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them back for other jobs. Thank you!
