Hai was THE BEST!! He was communicative, punctual, and best of all gave me excellent advice on whether to repair or replace my refrigerator. He showed what was wrong, explained how he was repairing it and gave me tips on how to remove/replace shelves and drawers too. He was polite, clean, and I could tell he believes in providing high-quality work. He quickly repaired the part and saved me thousands of dollars versus buying a new unit.

One of the best technicians I have ever known. His customer service was impeccable, honest and transparent. First, Hai arrived within the time he committed he would do so. Then he proceeded to diagnose the refrigerator issue. Once he knew what the problem was, Hai explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a full cost estimate. He even disclosed the cost of the spare part to replace. I asked him if it was better to buy a brand-new refrigerator instead. He advised me why I shouldn't do it. Not only by considering the appliance substitution cost but factoring in other things I would have never considered on my own. So, I gave Hai the green light to go ahead with the repair. He left to buy the spare part and got back within about 30 minutes. He proceeded to replace the piece and in about another 30 minutes the work was done and the refrigerator problem was gone! Hai gave me a 90 day warranty, which is market customary for this kind of repair work. He finally took time to answer our questions or concerns. I don't hesitate to recommend Hai for any issues you have with your refrigerator. BTW, Hai only specializes and takes care in servicing refrigerators. Hai delivers high quality, and high customer satisfaction service.

Had a leaking refrigerator with a drainage issue, especially with humid weather. Hai came the same day, did a great job, and also repaired door seal and caulked holes in bottom of refrigerator that had allowed condensation to leak on my wooden floor. Pricing was good. Recommended!
