Ice maker/freezer/frig went out in that order on a Sunday. I was lucky enough to find Hai and get an appointment within 24hrs. He was able to assess the problem within 20mins and give me an honest evaluation- repair vs. replacement. With his years of training, employment and experience with Kenmore (and the big name brands that make Kenmore appliances), I felt more than confident trusting Hai to repair my Kenmore Elite and very glad I did- saved myself a ton of time and money.
