Very trustworthy and honest service which can be hard to come by.
Hai inspected our fridge and told us was 2 problems could be occurring. He offered to continue trying to diagnose and locate the problem and possible remedies BUT advised us that he suspected an internal equipment failure which would be covered by the manufacturer even past the standard 1 year warranty. We took his advice and contacted Samsung, and turns out Samsung is giving us a brand new fridge. Many companies would probably recommend you let them continue to do diagnostic test or attempt repairs just to get more money.
Would definitely recommend RFI services. He is upfront, honest, and puts the customer first.

Hai came out and repaired our leaky refrigerator. His service before and during the repair was impeccable! He called last night and took his time to understand the issue. He then texted me this morning 1 hour before arrival to tell me he is on the way. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He even took his time to explain everything to me. His price was fair and because he ONLY does refrigerators, he’s a true expert so you know you’re getting the right answer to the issue. I know this sounds like he paid me to write this but he didn’t, he’s just that awesome!
