George was very helpful though the whole process! He helped me pick the drinks and was always sweet and attentive! He served on my wedding and he had a great attitude the whole time, very happy and nice to everyone, really enjoying doing his work. He even saved the cork from the first Champagne we popped and gave to us at the end to keep. Thank you George!!!

George was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! He was accessible to my many questions and was prompt with a response. He made signature drinks for our daughter’s wedding that the guests ABSOLUTELY RAVED about! He was friendly, polite and great to work with! I am definitely going to hire him again! If the rating scale went to 10 I’d give him a 12. Well done George!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management. I am current and have worked for nearly 2 years as a bartender at Edoko Sushi and Robata. I have both the TABC and Food Handler's certification that can be presented when requested.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a general interest in bartending to begin with. I started with a year of bar-back experience and then to two years of bartending experience. I really like talking to customers and making them feel happy, so this job comes easy to me!
