- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Texas-T Air Conditioning and Heating is always as competitive as possible in regards to pricing and service options. We offer discounts for veterans, seniors, police and fire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would like to make a home visit and evaluate the system in question to allow for the best evaluation for my customer in regards to what should be done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this industry as I left the military where I was a chemical equipment repair technician for 6.5 years. Continuing college after the military I got my degree in construction management. To help with my degree I took a course in air conditioning and heating. Given my mechanical mindset I leaned towards the hvac field and decided to start my own air Conditioning and Heating company.
