- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do sometimes offer seasonal and holiday discounts, offer payment plans, and can work on a sliding scale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend the first session really understand you, your family, your dog, and your goals. I admittedly do give a lot of “homework” but it’s all very doable and fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent hundreds of dollars on book/academic knowledge (books, classes, college courses), and hundreds of hours with hundreds of dogs over the last 15 years.
