The training was not only a terrific education for our pup, but for our family as well. We loved how our kids were invited into the process and were amazed at how quickly our dog was able to learn new behaviors!Dec 21, 2016Verified

Beth was called to our house to help us with our rescue pit bull. She is a people person but most importantly she is knowledgeable trainer. Her philosophy on training meshed well with my family. She does not implemented dominance strategies which is unlike some other trainors here in the area. We want a family pet not an animal that fears us. I feel confident that with her helpful tips and training we will have the dog of our dreams. Our dog was abused prior to us having him. Already I see a significant improvement. I would strongly recommend her to anyone that has doggy behavior issues.Oct 31, 2016Verified

I adopted my pit/staffie without knowing her full story...but soon found out that her timidness and reactiveness were WAY more than I could handle. I was referred to Beth by the vet, it was the best decision I ever made with regards to my dog! I gained a level of patience and understanding I never could have on my own. Beth didn't help train Izzie, she helped train me to deal with her using positive rewards and confidence in my abilities. Her one-on-one and class-training helped Izz and I become best friends forever and I will always be grateful! I call on Beth whenever I need help or a reference. I trust her so much because she KNOWS my dog so well. She is a great trainer of humans with dogs! =)Nov 1, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices reflect my results! I have many packages and programs available for all budgets and want to find something that works for you. I heard a great quote once - "If you think hiring a great trainer is expensive, try hiring a bad one..." I hear it often when so many clients have hired inexperienced trainers or aversive/punitive trainers with an ego and unfortunately their dog is now worse. We do have to spend a lot of time and money undoing what the last trainer(s) have done before we can get the dog back on track. Let's just start off with the right trainer from the getgo!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Dog Training: Initial contact is made by the client and if they haven't filled out my Training Registration form, I will ask them to do so before scheduling our first session which is easy to do on my website. Once that is submitted, you can schedule your session also on my website easily at your convenience! We will discuss any questions/challenges that the client might have prior to our first session. Pricing options and packages are reviewed during this conversation or via email so the client is aware of all the options available to them. All sessions and packages are pre-paid or collected at the time of the initial session. Pet Sitting/Dog Walking: Once basic information is registered in our secure portal, we will schedule a Meet & Greet interview with you to ensure it is the best match for us both! All communication and schedules are easily done through our app or website and it's a very easy, convenient and seamless process after that! Loving and caring for your home and pets is the easy part! All classes & workshops: Customers are always more than welcome to contact me prior to registration if they have any comments or questions. Most students enroll themselves seamlessly through my website and registration site and pay to reserve their seat at that time prior to the workshop, seminar or class.

I have been a Certified Pet CPR & First Aid Instructor for almost 13 years and have become a Master Instructor and now certify new Instructors across the country! I speak all over the country and am regularly speaking at multiple animal industry conferences each year! I am a Certified Trick Dog Instructor, Certified Canine Colors Coach & Facilitator, and a Certified Professional Pet Sitter.
