Jordan is amazing. He came out and diagnosed the problem for us and was flexible with our schedule when we needed to change things. He offers financing which is a big help and we will definitely be giving him a call as soon as we have the ability to get the bigger issue that was found fixed. Great experience overall! The quote process was quick, communication was clear, and the appointment was easy to schedule. The electrician, Jordan, did an excellent job upgrading my panel and replacing all the devices in my home and the city inspector passed everything right away. Pricing was very fair.
I followed up with Jordan on a few small details: a couple items that were unplugged before the outlet work weren’t plugged back in and a few things moved for access weren’t put back. He handled the conversation with such professionalism and accountability that it kept the experience at 5 stars.
High quality of work + demonstrable professional accountability, I absolutely recommend them again and again!

Pro Masters was called to fix a GFI circuit with multiple outlets not working and some problems with my breaker box. All of my expectations were exceeded. On time, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, explained the job he was going to do and did not talk down to me. When I asked about whole house surge protection, he explained it, but did not over sell. Though this was not the problem about which I called him to solve, I asked if he could do the installation on the same call. He did not have the parts with him, but went to get the parts and completed the job within hours. I would hire Pro Masters again.
