- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Our service price include taxes and a discount is offered to recurring clients. - Clients can negotiate pricing due to their needs. - We have a referral program that benefits the referral and the new client. - We also have an appreciation program for consistent and loyal clients. - Clients get a discount on their next visit when they write a review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Since Clients sometimes don't really know the type of cleaning they need and may have special request, we always try to visit client's location if possible on our first contact in order to charge a fair fee for the service. -On arrival, we go over all the changes they will like to see. - we make a suggestion on what we will like to do using our worksheet -when we all come to an agreement on what has to be done and service fee, a note is taken down of the emphasis and a date is schedule for the appoint. If we can't visit the clients location, the communication continues with a phone call or online chatting to understand exactly the clients need. - once we figure out the clients need, an appointment date and time is scheduled . - The appointment is confirmed by the client sending the exact location address and phone number. - When we arrive on the appointment day, we take a walk around the house asking questions on changes the client will like to see before we start cleaning. - In a situation where the project is different from what the client had explained by phone or chatting, then there has to be a renegotiation of service fee. - Before departure when the cleaning is completed, the cleaning team makes sure the client does a walk through confirmation inspection of 100% satisfaction. - In a situation where the client is not at home, the office needs a 24h feedback in case of any complaints.
