Introduction: We design, build and support computer networks for companies of all sizes all the way up to data center networks, utilizing open-source appliances, such as Vyatta, as well as Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Foundry, and Dell. We design, build and support wireless network infrastructure for companies of all sizes utilizing Cisco network equipment. We install and support network and VoIP security appliances ranging from open-source variants, such as pfSense/OpenSIPS/FreeSwitch to enterprise-class Cisco ASA/PIX, Acme Packet Net-Net, and Cisco UBE (Unified Border Element). We design, build and support contact center packages, such as FreeSwitch CallCenter, Cisco UCCX (Unified Contact Center Express), Voxeo, and CosmoCom. We install IP PBX (Telephone Systems) for small- to mid-sized companies, utilizing open-source Asterisk/FreeSwitch or commercial product lines, such as Cisco, with features including, but not limited to, the following: - Voicemail - Email Delivery of Voicemail - Time of Day Greetings/Routing - Call Recording - Call Park/Pickup - Call Transfer - Call Center Queues - Call Hunt - Call Hold - Call Forwarding - Call Waiting - Three-Way Conferencing - Conference Bridge - Detailed CDR - TTS (Text-to-Speech) - Automated Attendant - Custom Ringback Tones - Smart Numbers (Phone and Fax Combined) - Full E911 Compliant These systems use VoIP to route your telephone calls through the internet.
