They did an outstanding job. I just didn’t like the fact that the owner couldn’t wait for the job to be completed before I payed. After I needed extension of time from the movers, the owner demanded that I pay the total amount before the moving was completed. She didn’t tell me that I needed to pay a deposit upfront or anything in the beginning, and I thought that I was supposed to pay after the job was complete. However, I was very thankful and grateful that they were able to help us get the job done with good attitudes. They also were very professional.
