The movers, Shawn and Edward, arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove everything from the apartment and move it into the storage unit. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Mark was pleasant to talk with during the booking and confirmation experiences with this company. The movers, Lupe and Edward (well, and there was a lady waiting in the truck the whole time too), arrived for my long-distance move in the early morning which was nice. They packed up my stuff quickly, working well together to get the job done. It was no easy job either, me moving from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment; however, they still worked pretty swiftly. The only hiccup in the moving experience was that my desk's drawer was accidentally damaged in the unload process. However, Lupe was able to work a satisfactory compromise out with Mark. I am pleased overall with my move today though and I would totally recommend this company; great service, glad I booked with them!
