Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We help lots of people deal with the insurance companies after a car wreck, including damage to the car, and injuries to the occupants. Insurance companies are not interested in fairness, they are interested in delay and denial of your claim. We have years of experience dealing with the insurance adjusters and the lawyers that they hire against you.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My practice is small, by choice. We focus on a limited number of cases at one time in order to give great service to our clients.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy helping people find justice. Too often, insurance companies and corporate defendants take advantage of injury victims. We try to make sure the victims are treated fairly.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What will this cost me?
Answer: In most cases, we represent injury victims on a "contingency fee" basis, which means we don't get paid paid unless and until you get paid. There is no "up front" charge for attorney services.
