- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That's a good question!, I buy all my parts wholesale from a major distributer and sell them the same price I paid!!!!! I usually just charge for my time and labor
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I should be obtaining my apprentice electrical license next month, in the pool business I have been through training courses on major brand equipment and just doing it a long time!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly pool and spa, but my handyman service has been around as long if not longer than my pool and spa co. Of 26 years!!!!
