- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on many facets and details of the event. We staff according to the clients' exact needs. This is why we prefer a phone call to gather as much detail as possible to provide a proper quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call you to gather details, send you a quote, ask for you to sign and commit to the contract within 3 days, and provide a 50% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the staffing industry for almost 30 years. Our company has staffed 5 Super Bowls and worked on many high-profile events in the US.
