- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined when I am informed of what the customer wants. For computer repairs and Networking, I offer the same prices as most technicians who have been in the business for many years. For Web Design and Marketing, I offer a low but very fair price based on requirements. I will not be the most expensive because I don't do the work alone (for many weeks) so I can afford to take on more projects and charge less. I'm not the cheapest because I have to involve experts to get the job done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear what the customer has to say first before starting anything. Then I follow up with questions until I know what problem I need to solve. As an IT professional, my job is to use my background and experience to manage experts in the fields of Web Design, IT, and Online Marketing. I make sure my customers are happy and my technicians are informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UNT in 2001 with a computer science degree. Since then, I have taken many courses and continued education classes to update my knowledge as well as to obtain certification. I currently have certifications for. Network + A+ Microsoft Windows Certification IT in Healthcare certification Then there are skills I acquired through work and hobby. My hobby was Web Design for many years along with graphics design. Now I'm in position to manage experts in the fields.
