Super kind and helpful repair man! Our issue ended up being a major issue that was not worth the price to fix but just charged us the diagnostic fee and gave us as much helpful information as possible. Would definitely recommend for any appliance issues you may have!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a diagnosis of the broken appliance and provide an estimated cost to repair that includes the cost of labor and necessary parts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started with this line of work I studied appliance repair and completed 6 months of on the job training.
