My PC was experiencing a number of problems, and I didn’t really know what needed to be done in order to fix it. He gladly took my PC and not only did he repair it, but he also enhanced it! The whole time he was working on it, he answered my questions and kept me updated on his progress. Not to mention his response time was quick as he repliedwithin the hour. I’ve been putting off this task for over a year, and Azizi fixed my computer in a matter of two days! As far as computer repairs go, I will continue to go back to Mr. Azizi. I’m a pretty dumb person and accidentally spilled an energy drink on my gaming pc. Ended up toasting the motherboard and processor. Khalid was able to take my pc get new and even slightly upgraded components and get my rig working again within a few days. Kept me informed the entire time what was going on and my options. Azizi is a professional technician and PC repair/builder by all means. I am in the online professional field of things and Azizi was able to understand and fix all of my PC needs. My PC did not start and froze on loading screen unable to use the PC at all. Azizi was able to use his professional service to fix my PC, repair and even cleaned the entire PC itself without any harm to the interior or exterior of the PC tower itself. Khalid Azizi repaired our phone line. It was not an easy job as the original 23 year old AT&T lines had been switched over to Spectrum years ago. The outside phone box had been disconnected and the main line was run through conduit under our second story studio floor and then redistributed throughout the two story home. He was patient, easy going, knowledgeable, experienced, well equipped and most of all persistent until he got it resolved. All this completed on a Sunday after being contacted the day before. We highly recommend his services.
