- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, and we strive to provide the best customer service above all, in order to build trust with our customers. Estimates are always free, and so are in-person, on-site visits to ensure we understand exactly what the customer needs. Our pricing includes the time it takes our crew to carefully prep and cover the customer's space to ensure it stays clean throughout the work and after the job is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk with each customer by phone and in-person to make sure we understand their drywall repair needs exactly. Estimates are always free. After the work and price are agreed upon, we schedule our crew as soon as possible to get in and get the work completed well and in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Managers and Lead Technicians have completed a thorough and intensive three week training to learn just the basics. They continue to practice these skills both on the job, and in a specially built practice arena to make sure they are always perfecting their craft.
