- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to look at each job individually and figure out a way to make our pricing work for the customer. We price our jobs competitively and save our customers money where we can by offering solutions to any issues with your project. We offer specials and discounts throughout the year that are available to our customers. Ask us what specials we are running! We individualize each and every estimate to fit the complexities and intricacies of your project. We competitively price our projects to save our clients as much as possible without sacrificing our quality and craftsmanship. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do after setting an estimate appointment up is to have our estimator take a look at your project. Our estimator will give you a call when they are on their way. Once at the home or business, our estimator will do a walk through of the project and ask any questions they may have. They will then take any and all pictures and measurements they need. After this, the estimator will send you a detailed proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, we will get your project on our schedule. On day 1 of the job, you will be introduced to your painting crew by our project manager. Our project manager will check on your job as needed and will be your point of contact if any issues arise. Upon completion of the job, our project manager will do a walk through and mark any areas that need to be touched up. Once the touchups are completed we will do a final walk through to make sure the customer is completely satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in construction since I was in high school and have a vast knowledge of anything relating to construction. Our project managers and painters all have 10+ years of experience. We only hire the best and most knowledgeable people.
