- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very quick to respond and immediately greet every potential customer with a welcome message. Sometimes customers dont know exactly what they want/need, so asking questions is a big part of finding out what the goals and needs are of each new customer. We, then, like to give each customer a personalized and formal quote. This process typically is less than 24 hours and work can be started as soon as the approval from the customer is given. Same day service is very normal for us.
