Scheduled lawn service for 2 PM after confirming the day prior. The company acknowledged the time and said I was on the schedule. On the day of service, they failed to show and later stated they needed additional confirmation despite already agreeing to the appointment. I had turned down other providers based on this confirmation. Unfortunately, unreliable scheduling and lack of follow-through made this a frustrating experience. I would not book again.
