Reviews for Georgetown wiring installation and concealing professionals
Josh J.
Had some work done a week ago to get my house wired for Ethernet, had 3 TVs mounted on the walls, and get an HDMI cable run through the attic from one part of the house to another. When I reached out for a quote I was immediately responded to through the thumbtack chat. After we talked about what I was trying to do in the chat for a bit, I received a phone call to fine tune the plan. Within a couple hours of reaching out, everything was scheduled. This was on a Friday and the job was done at the end of Tuesday the next week. I actually reached out to another company to see if they could help me with this project and they took a week to come survey the house and then told me they'd need 2-3 business days to give me a quote. Hi-tech Installs got the whole job quoted and done in the time it would have taken for the first company to even provide a quote (which they never did). The installation was prompt, took 2 days, and I was kept in the loop on everything that was happening. I even learned some tricks of the trade while the work was being done by asking questions. Great service, well explained, quickly completed, reasonably priced, quality work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs this kind of work done.
