Sheri Robertson is an amazing photographer! My husband and I chose her to capture photos of our baby girl when she was just 11 days old. I requested an onsite shoot, since I was still leery of leaving the house with a newborn. She agreed, scheduled an appointment, and arrived right on time with a car full of charming props, backdrops, and professional lighting. Our daughter was fussy and uncooperative for the first hour, but Sheri was very patient and comforting. We took a break to feed our baby, and once she was content, we tried again. This time Sheri was able to mold her into the cutest poses and easily change out the props and backgrounds to get a nice variety of shots. Sheri was punctual, professional, and sent us the edited photos in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with the end results! You cannot tell they were done on location, instead of a studio. Somehow she was able to make our little sweetie look even more adorable than she already is. We couldn't resist purchasing every shot. We're so excited to give the prints to friends and family as gifts! It was important for us to have good quality pictures of our first baby, that we could cherish for a lifetime. I definitely feel like we've accomplished that mission. I would highly recommend 'Creative Captures' to anyone looking for beautiful, professional photographs.

My husband and I chose Creative Captures for our sons birth and newborn photos. This being our first baby, we wanted to make sure we documented as much as we could! Sheri was absolutely wonderful to work with and a joy to be around. Not only was she professional, but she really listened to what my husband and I wanted. She was able to capture unforgettable moments that I am so thankful for. Sheri was very quick to respond to any emails or calls and was prompt to arrive at the hospital the morning my labor began. Sheri has a very neat studio with TONS of amazing props! My husband and I bought baby hats especially for our sons newborn photos, but when we got to the studio, Sheri had a table covered with baby props for us to pick through. Sheri was very patient during the newborn photos and left plenty of time for us to care for our baby. She was also very professional and quiet in the labor and delivery room; I never felt an invasion of space and felt as though the birth was very intimate. The quality of Sheri's photos were amazing and my husband and I couldn't get over how awesome they turned out! I would highly recommend Creative Captures photography to family and friends.

Absolutely! I am always striving to learn new things by taking classes, workshops and attending trade-shows so that I can offer cutting-edge, top of the line portraits for my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the daughter of a professional photographer, I have been drawn to photography for as long as I can remember. When people began asking me to take their portraits, it just seemed like an obvious choice and I began by taking college classes, attending workshops and purchasing top of the line equipment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Currently the largest percentage of my work is either high school seniors or newborns although I have nearly ten years of experience covering all aspects of photography.
