- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We continually are running specials. It is best to check out our website for these specials as well as pricing on all of our services. We try to have full disclosure on our website of all fees related to the services we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the time to answer any and all questions our customers have about our process and tools we use that set us apart from other companies. We are able to provide our pricing details over the phone in most cases. We offer free estimates to those with a little more complicated scope of work. We schedule a 1 hour window for arrival and an estimated time for completion on all jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Earl attended a school for pressure washing to ensure the best quality of service to our customers. We educated ourselves on the guidelines and laws with the EPA on water reclamation as well.
