What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the current market rate for material cost and labor cost. Repairs are backed by a 5-year workmanship guarantee. New Installations are backed by a 12-year workmanship guarantee and a manufactures limited lifetime warranty. Any promotional upgrades or discounts will be included in the initial estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will come out to the property and inspect any issues or concerns. We will then provide all estimates and contracts at the earliest availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed insurance adjuster. (License #2871419)
I am able to ensure that your insurance provider pays the full and accurate amount on all insurance claims.
I am also a HAAG certified roof inspector. (ID#202305062)
