Calling or meeting with the customer and discussing menus and budget..along with ideas.....then plan, shop cook, and create....

Yes, I was the 2x director for The Mid-East Texas chapter, Longview, Texas Chefs Assoc, we have annual conferences that provide training and continuing ed. I am also a member of The American Culinary Federation, which is an international culinary organization. I have an associates of science degree in Culinary Art and Hospitality.....
