Dennis arrived within the 2hr window given, & texted when on his way. He spent close to an hour assessing/diagnosing the "agitator" issue on my 19yr old Maytag. He advised that to repair the machine would require rebuilt parts, (if they could even be found) & the cost associated would be substantial. In his opinion, considering the age of the washer it woud be more cost effective to replace it. I found Dennis very informative & knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I felt satisfied that he confirmed my suspicion that it needed to be replaced. I would not hesitate to call him in the future for my appliance repair.
