Smooth Appliance was great! He showed up in the first part of the day and was able to diagnose the problem with my leaky washer. He did not have the part on him but he was able to find a distributor where he could get one 20 minutes away. Within an hour he had diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement part and fixed my washing machine. I was very happy with the service I received. Will defiantly be using them again for future appliance problems.

Frank did a great job! He responded quickly and came by to assess the washer water flow. He had to locate part and did it in a timely manner. I will definitely refer his services and use again if needed.
