Smooth Appliance was great! He showed up in the first part of the day and was able to diagnose the problem with my leaky washer. He did not have the part on him but he was able to find a distributor where he could get one 20 minutes away. Within an hour he had diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement part and fixed my washing machine. I was very happy with the service I received. Will defiantly be using them again for future appliance problems.

Frank came to our house to fix our washer and responded in under 10 minutes. He drove almost an hour to us to repair our washer the same night he responded. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing in and out in under an hour. Will be doing more business with him in the future.
