Polite, proficient, and efficient - had parts once he arrived and knew how/what to fix, very responsive with messages. Back in business! When appliances break it is great to have it completed as soon as possible and done well! We appreciated Smooth Appliance Repair! CLEAN! He also took trash away and was very conscientious about not creating a water mess! Will definitely use again.
