Frank came to our house to fix our washer and responded in under 10 minutes. He drove almost an hour to us to repair our washer the same night he responded. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing in and out in under an hour. Will be doing more business with him in the future.

Polite, proficient, and efficient - had parts once he arrived and knew how/what to fix, very responsive with messages. Back in business! When appliances break it is great to have it completed as soon as possible and done well! We appreciated Smooth Appliance Repair! CLEAN! He also took trash away and was very conscientious about not creating a water mess! Will definitely use again.
