- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and has its own special needs. The pricing varies depending on the scope of work. At times I’ll leave it up to the customer and pay what they believe is reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the client, introduce ourselves and our services. Listen and understand the clients needs and finally make sure we provide the best service possible to the client.
