Chef Tootie is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, an Istrouma High School Indian, a graduate from Northwestern State University and Tarrant College Culinary Arts School. She is also a TABC certified bartender.

We had an extraordinary time with Chef Tootie and Collette. We enjoyed NY strips, twice baked potatoes, bacon ranch salad, cajun pasta, grilled corn on the cob, and brownie a la mode. We all fell in love with these wonderful women and look forward to seeing them again personally and hiring them again for future events.

Chef Tootie and team were absolutely amazing! I had the hardest time finding a chef to cater my intimate birthday dinner of 15, but from the moment I reached out to Chef Tootie, I had the piece of mind that everything was going to come together given her professionalism and quick response time. My guests loved the food and are still talking about it and it's been 3 months! I would highly recommend Chef Tootie and team for your catering needs.

Chef Tootie truly outdid herself. She catered a bridal shower that I did for my sister. She did absolutely amazing. The food was excellent, the setup/appearance was fabulous. The mimosa bar was awesome! Everything was top notch. The shrimp n grits made you want to slap your mama! I highly recommend Cajun Cravings.

This is my third time utilizing Cajun Cravings. This experience was for in home brunch. Everything was awesome, my guest was extremely happy and their belly’s were satisfied. I will continue to utilize Cajun Cravings for other events!!! Yes I recommend!!

I am extremely thankful for Cajun Cravings, Chef catered my family's Thanksgiving food and did not disappoint! The dressing, the greens, the catfish bites, heck the everything was phenomenal. My family was looking for leftovers but everything was gone. We will be using Cajun Cravings for now on for Thanksgiving as long as Chef is doing Thanksgiving cooking...Thanks Chef for being AWESOME, you were the talk of Thanksgiving in a great way!!!
