Mauricio is the owner of La Antorcha and he is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend LA ANTORCHA to anyone that loves Mexican Tacos and wants a professional catering company. He is very hands on and provides the best tacos in Dallas. I had him cook for my birthday and all of my guest loved his tacos. By far the best catering company in Dallas. Thank you Mauricio!
