Very detailed with the cleaning, we had to leave on the morning and they had no problems cleaning without supervision, came back to squeaky cleaned and fresh house, would totally use the service again

I cannot say enough good things about Maggie's Solutions Cleaning Service! This was my first time hiring a professional company for cleaning services and I will now continue to use them! Without a doubt! Maggie and Karla cleaned my apartment prior to me moving in. My apartment complex dropped the ball big time, and I mean BIG TIME as far as them "cleaning" and "prepping" my apartment. It was filthy when I arrived on moving day. So filthy I refused to move any of my belongings in. I searched for a cleaning company and had an immediate connection with Maggie via messaging. She responded to my texts promptly, was professional, and genuinely cared about what I needed. They scheduled me for the following day at my request and were on time at 5pm. These hard working ladies worked until about 9:30-10:00pm and left with a smile on their face and an even bigger smile on mine! I cannot begin to describe the amazing, and thorough cleaning job they did! It looked like a different apartment. I was shocked that it could look so good. Because of Maggie and Karla, I can now enjoy my new apartment and moving in, and be proud! Thank you again, Maggie and Karla. I'll be seeing yall soon!

This is my first time to try a housecleaning service and I'm so very pleased with the results. Maggie and Karla were wonderful at communicating with me what all would be done and it was amazing. For me, the kitchen, bathroom, and floors were the most important and they were spotless. So happy to have found such a caring small business. Thank you for the wonderful service and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Maggie IS the solution! She has the perfect personality for people and customer service. I have a Roomba that I thought did very well and was sure about my house cleaning until they arrived. She really changed my perspective of what clean really is. I could keep going but I’ll just end with the fact that you should stop thinking and go ahead and schedule your cleaning. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the client to send us a text message with the necessary information to add them to the cleaning service agenda. A few days before the service, we send a text message to confirm.
Upon appointment arrival, we ask for a tour of the house and discuss requests. I share the cleaning service quote before starting the job.
After the work is done, we do a house tour to check work. Payment is due on the day of your service.
