Mason was great, he was very thorough and addressed all of our concerns and pointed out what we needed to watch and how to avoid issues in the future. He did not push us to do work that we do not have to do and was very professional despite dogs and other people in the house. Would definitely use this company again!

Firm Foundation got back to me with promptness. I did not have my phone on the day of the appointment so Ryan could not confirm our appointment. However, he came out and I was waiting. I think most people would not have shown up. He introduced himself and began the inspection of our house. When he was finished he told us our foundation was fine and did not need any work. I appreciated his honesty because we had been told by another company our foundation was bad. He even went out of his way to fix one of our bedroom doors. Ryan went above and beyond what we had called him for. I am so thankful for Ryan’s professionalism and integrity. I will definitely be calling Firm Foundation (Ryan) should we have any issues and will definitely recommend Firm Foundation to others. Please know if you choose them, they are honest professionals.
