Mr. Ryan Green's crew installed 14 exterior piers, 5 of which were breakout piers. The men also removed and repoured my sidewalk and the top right section of my driveway. The job was finished on the second day, and I am pleased with the quality of the work. Mr. Green has responded promptly to all the questions and concerns I had. I would recommend his company to my friends and anyone that needs foundation repair. He and his team are hard-working. I trust that Mr. Green is a man of his word and will do his best to make sure his customer is satisfied. After the foundation repair was complete, the engineer inspection and report were ordered by the office staff, as well as the hydrostatic test to make sure there were no leaks in my plumbing and sewer lines. Firm Foundation sent me a copy of the engineer report and the plumbing company gave me their report. I am proud to walk up to my front door now, and the cement is no longer buckled or cracked. Thanks for doing such great job, Firm Foundation Repair!

These folks are honest and I would highly recommend them if you suspect you need foundation work! I had some cracked bricks, no widows or doors sticking, and I wanted to get my foundation checked out. Before calling FIRM Foundation I had called 2 other foundation companies. Both of these other companies said I needed thousands of dollars in repairs to my foundation, but each gave me different explanations on the work needed and very different prices. I decided to call FIRM Foundation and get one more opinion. I'm glad I did! Mason came to my house on time and after taking measurements explained what my foundation was doing and why this may have caused my bricks to crack. He the told me he did not believe any foundation repair was needed. When I told him that I had other companies recommend repairs he told, I'm paraphrasing, that there are enough real foundation problems and there is no need to create one. I'm glad I didn't need foundation work, but if I ever do they will be my first call.

Mason came out to take a look at my foundation concerns. He was incredibly insightful and professional. He very easily could have pushed a foundation repair recommendation on me, but didn't. His recommendation was to monitor certain parts of my home and see how it responds with rain.
