- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company prides itself in its high quality services. Many factors affect how we price services. Among these factors are: required efforts, time, materials, job type, working conditions, and expectations specific to each individual customer. We won't promise the most affordable rate but we will promise high quality and guarantee our commitment to quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that our customers' time is as valuable as ours and with that in mind, we make an effort to provide as much information as possible relevant to our approach to each project. In addition to informing our customers about what's involved, we make an effort to provide quotes or price estimates promptly. At times, if provided good project descriptions and photos, we are able to provide estimates without a visit; however, occasionally a visit may be required.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Setting clear expectations is of benefit to both, customer and contractor. With America's Grounds Contractors you can expect great quality. Quality is comensurate with cost. That is typically the case for any product. Hence, if shopping for lowest price, we'll frankly say that we are unfortunately not the contractor to hire. We want our customers to be happy with the end result and this is why we'll always make every effort to provide high quality.
