Johnny and his crew did an awesome job. I had the misfortune of having to move in the midst of heavy rains, and he still managed to haul everything to the location on time. They unloaded my items in the rain without delay and still kept things moving quickly. Overall, they were professional and reliable. Can’t recommend enough!

Cisneros junknremo al was awesome to work with!! They were professional and very responsive! I ended up having a problem that caused me to be almost two hours late to meet them. I kept in contact and, thankfully, they were able to meet me and help me with moving a bunch of stuff into a storage unit. They were awesome and I would highly recommend them!

They never seem overwhelmed or bothered by anything that we requested. This job consisted of several parts and would have been a pretty big ask for any company. They were very honest with the actuality of the details of our request yet they still did their best to help us reach our goals. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate price to show up on with my employee and my box truck or trailer. Anything after the 2 hour minimum flat rate will be charged by the hour for my and my time. prices vary depending upon how far locations are when moving and how many items you have. Also varies because we do professionally wrap all our jobs with moving pads and plastic wrap unless told otherwise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I'll ask for pictures of items that need moved, removed or hauled. I like to quote on the phone so we won't waste each other's time. I would like to have a brief conversation about the job over the phone If that's possible so we can be on the same page. The customer and i can both decide quickly if this is the right fit for both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in cabinet installation for schools & hospitals for 15 years. Every jobsite we had to unload a 18 wheeler truck full of heavy cabinets from bottom to top full. I would unload as many as 3 trucks in 1 day in the hot summers of Texas. I also had to demo old cabinets in certain jobs so I'm no stranger to anything heavy. I actually enjoy an active lifestyle so to me it's fun.
