I hired Major Valet for a huge party of over 200 attendees and everyone complemented on how organized the valet was. The cars were all parked nicely in rows and parking attendants were super nice! Will definitely hire again!

Major Valet services arrived early for our event and serviced 300 guests, with around 50-75 cars more than we had anticipated! We had an incident early on in the party that required an EMS to make their way to the building, and they were able to quickly and professionally maneuver a very long line of awaiting cars out of the narrow entrance to make a path for the ambulance. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about their service. I highly recommend them for any event you're planning in the future.

These guys were great!! I booked them 2 days before my event due to rain and dropping temperatures. They confirmed right away, showed up early, looked great in their uniforms, brought a really cool red carpet that really added to the vibe of our event, and did a wonderful job parking over 150 cars!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys, great service and great value!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most affordable pricing in the market. pricing is based on an hourly basis and 20% off past 8 hours event, Doing a wonderful job and Beating all competition prices just to earn your stars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 simple steps Get guest count and timings of the event. We then survey the location and come up with routes to and from the parking lots. We inform the client of his/her option based on the survey. We then book/ confirm our services for the date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company goes through a 5 weeks valet parking Pro training program offered to each valet that is hired. For the first 5 weeks of being hired each attendant is required to study and pass an exam offered at the end of the 5 weeks. Includes but not limited to appearance, driving habits, punctuality, and safety protocols.
